Why EKAM International School
Recruitment and Selection are two different stages in the hiring process. Recruitment involves getting the job description in front of as many potential candidates as possible. Selection is about narrowing down the pool of applicants until you are left with the strongest candidates.
Step 02
Campus Selection
Candidates may be invited to participate in in-person Campus Selection events and for a class demo relevant to your subject knowledge.
Step 03
Finalizing Employment process
Candidates will receive an 'Employee Information Form', a 'New Hire Letter', 'one-year Employee Probationary Contract'. Candidates must acknowledge receipt and intent to accept the offer. Offer remains Contingent on final clearance of background check and eligibility to teach.
