Step 01

The First Interaction

The first step involves a crucial interaction between parents and teachers. This will help us establish the foundation for your child's educational journey with us.

Step 02

Online Application Form

During your visit to the school, you can obtain the brochure and application form for Rs. 1500/- (Non-Refundable) through cash, cheque, or DD payable to Ekam School, Bengaluru.

Step 03

Entrance Exam

After submitting the application form at the school campus, your child will take an entrance exam that covers essential subjects and languages. The answer sheets will be reviewed by the principal and program heads. We will then notify you of the exam results and your child's clearance status.

Step 04

Document Submissions

You are required to submit the following documents to the school:
 

  1. A certified copy of the School Report from the previous academic year (if applicable).

  2. Three passport-sized photographs, two stamp-sized photographs of the child, and one photograph of the parents.

  3. A certified copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate.

  4. Certified copies providing details, including dates and grades of any Public/Board Examinations already taken (if applicable).

  5. Original documents of the submitted photocopies should be made available upon request for verification.

Age Criteria

To join Ekam School Bengaluru, children should meet the specified age requirement by May 31st of the admission year. In some cases, the School Admission Committee may consider exceptions to this age limit based on the child's past academic performance and how they do in our tests, as long as they have completed their studies in a recognised school.

Step 05

Confirmation of Admission

Upon receiving the admission acceptance letter, parents are required to submit the fees by the specified date. Additionally, the following documents must be submitted:
 

  1. A certified copy of the Caste Certificate (if the student belongs to SC/ST/BC).

  2. Transfer Certificate/Record sheet from the last attended school (if applicable).

  3. Two passport-sized photographs of the attendants responsible for receiving/visiting the student.


If, for any reason, the Transfer Certificate cannot be provided at the time of admission, it must be furnished on or before the commencement of the academic session.

Key Information to note:

    1. All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees only.

    2. Upon admission, the first installment of tuition fees, admission fee, registration fee, and security deposit must be paid.

    3. The second installment of tuition fees should be paid on or before 10th November of the academic year.

    4. Annual charges will be collected at the beginning of the session.

    5. Payment can be made in cash, Demand Draft, or local cheque, favoring 'EDIFY SCHOOL,' payable at Bengaluru.

    6. Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.

    7. In the event of a student's withdrawal from the school in the middle of the term, the fee for the entire term must be paid.

    8. Additional items such as uniforms, shoes, books, stationery, dining, and transportation will incur extra charges.

    9. Transportation charges will be based on kilometers for 12 months, including GPS charges.

    10. The security deposit is refundable and will be returned when the child leaves the school.

    11. Annual charges cover Taekwando, HOG Dramatic classes, Aniguru Animation, School Cinema value education, Mindedutainment, Edusports, Edurite, field visits, picnics, Olympiads, Interschool competition entry charges, medical fee, journal, magazines, newsletter, examination fee, maintenance fee, PTA, sports fee, activity fee, assignments, and worksheets, etc.

  • The refundable cash deposit is against damage to, or loss of library books, laboratory equipment, computer facilities and other equipment or assets of the school. It will be refunded without any interest, after adjustment of dues, if any, on completion of the child's studies at Ekam School.
